Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Projects, R&D;, Supply Chain and other technical functions.
- Partner with Plant Heads and Functional Managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, campus hiring and industry networks.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and niche engineering positions.
- Manage recruitment agencies and monitor their performance.
- Drive campus hiring, GET/DET and apprenticeship recruitment.
- Track recruitment MIS and KPIs such as Time to Hire,



Quality of Hire and Offer-to-Joining Ratio.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.

Desired Profile:
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Engineering/Manufacturing/Automotive/Industrial sectors.
- Strong technical recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive sourcing, negotiation and communication skills.
- Engineering background or MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹275,539.44 - ₹434,664.67 per year
