Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to airline reservations, ticketing, re-scheduling, cancellations, and baggage queries.

- Provide accurate fare information, flight schedules, and ticket status.

- Assist customers with booking issues, refunds, and travel-related support.

- Work on Global Distribution Systems (GDS), primarily Amadeus, for reservations and ticketing.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.





- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Meet performance metrics such as AHT (Average Handling Time), FCR (First Call Resolution), and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduation in any stream (mandatory).

- Prior experience in the airline process/travel industry.

- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

- Robust problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
