We are seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server & PostgreSQL DBA to manage, support,

noptimize, and enhance enterprise database environments across on-premises and cloud

nplatforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in database administration, SQL

ndevelopment, performance tuning, migration, and production support. This role requires

nhands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and cloud-managed database services,

nalong with the ability to collaborate effectively with application development,

ninfrastructure, and DevOps teams.

nRequired Skills & Experience

n• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Database Administration and SQL Development.

n• Solid expertise in SQL Server DBA activities supporting mission-critical production

nenvironments.

n• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and

ntroubleshooting.

n• Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures,

nfunctions, views, and triggers.

n• Experience with query tuning,



execution plan analysis, indexing, database

noptimization, and performance troubleshooting.

n• Experience with database migration, schema conversion, data migration, and

nmodernization projects.

n• Hands-on experience with AWS RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL.

n• Strong understanding of backup and recovery, high availability, disaster recovery,

nand database security best practices.

n• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar

ntechnologies.

n• Familiarity with database deployment tools, version control, and CI/CD processes.

nPreferred Skills

n• Exposure to Flyway, Liquibase, Alembic, or similar database migration tools.

n• Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

n• Knowledge of database monitoring, observability, and capacity planning tools.
