Role Description: The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions that support Hexamatics Tech’s clients and internal platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading front-end and back-end development tasks, writing clean and efficient code, reviewing code from peers, and ensuring software quality through testing and optimization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect scalable systems, and implement best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.

Engineer will mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical decision-making, and help improve development processes and tooling. This is a full-time, remote role.

Qualifications:

- Robust foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Front-End(Angular) Back-End(Java-Springboot) Web Development using modern frameworks and tools.
- Advanced Programming skills with proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and patterns.
- Experience with Java, Spring boot, Angular, databases, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for complex systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, and code review practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead engineering role, including mentoring and technical leadership, is highly beneficial.
