Role and Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Interior to manage and supervise interior execution at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.

Site Execution

- Supervise daily construction and interior execution activities at assigned project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and company SOPs.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and milestones.
- Ensure all activities are completed within agreed timelines.

Site Supervision
- Monitor civil, masonry, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, modular installation, and finishing works.
- Verify workmanship and ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify execution issues.
- Ensure site housekeeping and discipline are maintained.

Quality Control
- Inspect materials and workmanship before, during, and after execution.
- Ensure construction and interior works comply with approved specifications.
- Identify defects, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely rectification.
- Minimize rework through continuous supervision and quality checks.

Material Management
- Plan and communicate site material requirements.




- Verify the quality and quantity of materials received at site.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

Quality Assurance
- Implement and maintain design quality standards across all projects.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for technical accuracy.
- Reduce design errors, revisions, and execution-related issues.
- Conduct regular design audits and quality reviews.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate daily activities of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure sufficient manpower is deployed to achieve project schedules.
- Monitor contractor productivity and workmanship.
- Report vendor performance issues to the Project Manager.

Measurements & Billing
- Take accurate site measurements for executed work.
- Verify contractor measurements and work completion.
- Assist in preparation and verification of contractor bills.
- Maintain records of quantities executed.

Client Coordination
- Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and inspections.
- Explain work progress and upcoming activities.
- Address routine site-related customer queries.
- Escalate customer concerns to the Project Manager when necessary.

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all workers follow site safety regulations and PPE requirements.




- Maintain compliance with company safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a safe and organized working environment.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and site activity reports.
- Maintain site registers, inspection records, material receipts, and work logs.
- Update project progress in project management systems.
- Document variations, delays, and approvals.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Accounts teams.
- Support cross measurements (CM), material selection, and installation planning.
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and site management.
- Positive understanding of interior drawings and construction details.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Positive manpower and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with 4–8 years of experience in interior execution/site management, preferably with experience in residential, commercial, office, retail, or turnkey interior projects.
