Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
- Manage Import Sets and Transform Maps for data migration and integration requirements.
- Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external systems.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot MID Server connectivity and integration issues.
- Work with the ServiceNow data model, including tables, dictionary attributes, reference relationships, and CMDB/CI relationships.
- Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, scripts, integrations, ACLs, and data conditions.
- Optimize ServiceNow platform performance through efficient queries, indexing, and scalable scripting practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.




- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support production issues when required.

Required Skill Set :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, development, configuration, or platform engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Administration and Development.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
- Strong experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- Good knowledge of REST API, SOAP API, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, CI relationships, ServiceNow tables, and data model.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ACLs, workflows, scripting, and platform security.
- Understanding of ServiceNow performance optimization, query efficiency, and indexing.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
