About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join a premium jewellery retail business in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in jewellery retail sales and a proven ability to engage customers, understand their requirements, present jewellery collections, and successfully convert enquiries into sales.

Candidates from non-jewellery retail backgrounds will not be considered. Jewellery industry experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling & Sales

- Welcome and professionally engage customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasion, budget and buying intent.
- Recommend suitable jewellery pieces based on customer needs and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate and explain jewellery collections, designs, gemstones, diamonds and product features.
- Handle customer queries and provide a high-quality showroom experience.
- Drive sales conversion and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.

Product & Jewellery Knowledge

- Possess strong knowledge of jewellery products, designs, diamonds and gemstones.
- Explain product specifications, quality, craftsmanship and value confidently to customers.
- Stay updated on recent collections, product launches, offers and market trends.
- Ensure accurate communication of product and pricing information.

Retail Operations





- Maintain high standards of grooming, product presentation and showroom etiquette.
- Ensure jewellery is handled, displayed and presented according to company standards.
- Support daily showroom operations, stock handling and inventory-related activities as required.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, order fulfilment, customisation and after-sales requirements.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in jewellery retail sales.
- Candidates must have experience specifically in the jewellery industry.
- Strong experience in direct showroom sales and customer handling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of jewellery, diamonds and/or gemstones.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong sales acumen.
- Well-groomed, confident and skilled personality.
- Willingness to relocate/work in Dubai, UAE.

Preferred:

- Prior experience in GCC/UAE jewellery retail will be an advantage.
- Experience handling premium/luxury jewellery customers will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands/showrooms will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
