KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle and convert qualified leads generated by our Telecalling Team Understand customer requirements and offer suitable secured loan products Drive sales for Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, OD & CC Limits Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Login → Sanction → Disbursement Regularly follow up with customers and maximize lead conversion Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction and disbursement targets Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal & Technical teams Generate additional business through DSAs, connectors, referrals and market sourcing Maintain daily follow-up and sales MIS
