Role & responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Generate new leads through direct enquiries, digital leads, travel agents, referrals, and other sales channels.

- Sell Domestic tour packages and travel services.

- Handle customer enquiries, understand travel requirements, and recommend suitable packages.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, travel agents, and business partners.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales performance.

- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue against targets.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings and travel arrangements.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Support, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, pricing, and market trends.





Preferred candidate profile

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales/business development, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

- Strong knowledge of travel products, packages, and customer handling.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and team-management capabilities.

- Strong business-development and client-acquisition skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Candidates with experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or hospitality/travel-related businesses will be preferred.
