Job Purpose

nThe Senior Sales professional will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, acquiring new clients and driving revenue through the sale of broking and financial products.

nKey Roles & Responsibilities

nLead Generation & Client Acquisition

n

- Generate current leads through personal networks, referrals, market contacts, cold calling, digital leads and business development activities.
n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
n
- Identify and approach potential HNI, UHNI and affluent clients.
n
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into active clients.
n
- Develop new sources and channels for continuous lead generation.
n
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and current business opportunities.
n
- Maintain accurate lead records and track prospects through the complete sales cycle.
n
- Consistently meet monthly lead-generation, conversion and acquisition targets.

nProduct Sales

n

- Sell equity, broking, bonds, fixed income, structured products and other financial products.
n




- Identify client requirements and present relevant products.
n
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.
n

nBusiness Development & Revenue

n

n
- Achieve assigned sales, brokerage and revenue targets.
n
- Expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.
n
- Maintain regular client engagement to generate repeat and referral business.
n

nCoordination & Compliance

n

n
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and activation.
n
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
n

nExperience

n

n
- 6–8 years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or financial services sales.
n
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and revenue generation.
n
- HNI/UHNI client network will be an advantage.
n

nPreference

nCandidates with relevant sales experience specifically in stock broking firms will be preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in stock broking are encouraged to apply.
