Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle cold calling and convert qualified leads into premium memberships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — follow-ups, consultative selling, negotiation and closure.
- Build strong relationships with premium clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and maximize lead-to-conversion ratios.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track daily sales activities,



conversions and revenue.

- Requirements

- 4–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the service industry.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of high-ticket sales and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong target orientation with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
- Confident, polished and professional communication style.
- Comfortable handling premium clientele and relationship-driven sales.
- Experience in matrimony, luxury services, banking, insurance, real estate, education, hospitality, healthcare, travel or membership sales will be an advantage.
