Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales operations, including inventory management, stock control, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Identify recent sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in retail sales or related field (preferably).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech/BE preferred).
- Strong understanding of computer systems and basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
