Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Gurgaon-Haryana, The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities for medium voltage and LV panel solutions, conducting technical and commercial discussions with clients, and preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

The Senior Sales

Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support, participate in product demonstrations and site visits, and liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, handling customer queries, coordinating commissioning and after-sales support, and maintaining detailed records of opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities. The role also requires continuous market research, competitor analysis, and contribution to sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales for electrical equipment, panels, or related industrial products.
- Hands-on experience in Technical Support, including pre-sales consultations, solution design inputs, and coordination during commissioning.
- Demonstrated skills in Communication and Customer Service for managing client relationships, negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, service) to deliver tailored solutions within agreed timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; advanced technical certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of medium voltage systems, control relay panels, and IEC standards; experience in panel manufacturing or power distribution industry preferred.

- Comfort with on-site visits, field work, and travel within the region as required.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills, with proficiency in common office and CRM software.
