Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Consultant role based at Audi Coimbatore.

The Senior Sales

Consultant will guide customers through the complete sales process, including needs assessment, product demonstrations, test drives, and presenting suitable Audi models and packages. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining follow-ups, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with dealership targets and brand standards. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams for vehicle delivery, financing, and after-sales support.

Consultant will also participate in showroom events, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, stay updated on product features and market trends, and represent the Audi brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with proven experience in guiding customers to appropriate solutions and closing high-value sales.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, handling queries effectively, and ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical features in an accessible manner and interact confidently with diverse customer profiles.
- Relevant experience in automotive retail, luxury goods, or premium services sales is highly beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
- Ability to work in office in Coimbatore, including weekends and showroom peak hours as required.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
