Sapodilla, a premium Pan Asian fine dining destination in Kolkata, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Senior Captain to join our team.

Eligibility:

Age: Up to 35 years

Candidates with experience in Pan Asian restaurants will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the dining room staff
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional approach
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient guest service at all times
- Assist in table allocation, reservations, and managing walk-in guests
- Train, mentor, and guide service staff to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a qualified manner
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area readiness
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth service flow
- Monitor shift operations to ensure seamless execution
- Uphold restaurant policies and maintain service excellence
