Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in ECE/EEE

Experience:

36 years in R&D;, Testing, Validation, or Product Development.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience in electronics/electrical testing and product validation.
- Working knowledge of LED drivers, SMPS/power supply cards, electronic circuits and components.
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter,power analyzer, etc.
- Understanding of BOM, technical specifications, test reports and engineering documentation.
- Knowledge of applicable BIS/IEC standards and product compliance requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot product/electrical issues and support design improvement and product development.
- Coordination with Production, Quality, Purchase and other cross-functional teams for product development and validation.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in hands-on R&D; and current product development.
