CDL FineShine is a 30-year-old B2B diamond jewellery manufacturer and exporter based in Surat, serving retailers and wholesalers in India and international markets. We are growing our leadership team and need a recruiter who can own senior hiring end to end.

Role Summary

You will independently manage recruitment for senior and leadership-level positions across sales, operations, production, finance and other functions. You will own the full hiring cycle from understanding the brief to offer stage with the Founder joining only for the final round and salary decision.

We hire aggressively: multiple senior openings run in parallel, each with a defined timeline, and you will be expected to close them on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Take a hiring brief directly from the Founder, understand the role deeply and convert it into a clear and candidate profile

Build the hiring strategy for each opening sourcing channels, timelines, screening criteria and closure plan

¢ Source senior-level candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, consultants and industry networks

¢ Screen profiles, conduct first-level interviews and assess fit against role requirements

¢ Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads; manage candidate communication throughout





¢ Shortlist final candidates and present a structured summary to the Founder for the final round

¢ Handle reference checks, documentation and follow-through until joining

¢ Manage multiple openings simultaneously and deliver each within its committed timeline

¢ Lead and manage the recruitment team under you allocate work, review output and drive closures

¢ Maintain a hiring tracker with pipeline status, turnaround time and closure updates

¢ Build and maintain a talent pool for future senior openings

Requirements

¢ 310 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a proven track record of independently closing senior / mid-management positions in previous roles

¢ Must have hands-on experience owning the complete hiring cycle brief, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and joining without supervision

¢ Ability to work under pressure and deliver multiple senior hires in parallel against strict timelines

¢ Experience in building hiring strategies and managing a recruitment team

¢ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills; comfortable working on niche or hard-to-fill roles

¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to work directly with a Founder/CEO

¢ Self-driven, target-oriented and accountable for closures

¢ Valuable judgment in evaluating seniority, culture fit and salary expectations

Good to Have (Bonus)

¢ Experience in other HR functions: onboarding, exit formalities, payroll support, team coordination, HR documentation or policy work
