Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior React Developer with 7+ years of frontend development experience to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture, along with the ability to mentor developers and collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and modular UI components.
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Define and implement frontend architecture and development best practices.
- Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend teams.
- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or other suitable solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams.
- Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, estimation, and architecture decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend/web application development.




- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and modern React development practices.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser compatibility.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, reusable components, and state management.
- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit or equivalent state-management libraries.
- Robust experience in REST API integration and asynchronous programming.
- Good knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab and branching strategies.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with micro-frontends or large-scale frontend applications.
- Knowledge of WebSockets / real-time applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
- Understanding of frontend security, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in a startup/product-based environment.

Leadership Expectations :

- Take ownership of frontend modules and deliver features independently.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Establish coding standards and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
- Identify technical debt and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready code.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
