Role Description

Senior Program Manager will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that support Xunova’s AI and digital product initiatives. This full-time remote role includes defining program scope and objectives, building detailed roadmaps, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

The Senior Program

Manager will facilitate decision-making, run program ceremonies and status reviews, track progress against key milestones, and maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership and partners. This role also involves optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring programs meet quality, budget,



and strategic goals while supporting a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

- Program and project management skills, including experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives, managing timelines, and coordinating dependencies.
- Strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business goals into explicit roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitating cross-functional alignment and presenting updates to senior leadership.
- Process improvement and operational excellence skills, such as refining workflows, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement.
- Technical fluency in software development or AI-related products, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and design teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including risk assessment, issue resolution, and data-informed decision-making.
- Proven experience in a senior program or project management role in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, engineering) or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams and using modern collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, Asana, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
