Role Description

- Highly experienced Senior Production Support Technology Advisor to provide technical leadership and production support for critical patient support program applications and platforms. The role requires deep expertise in database technologies, SQL development, production troubleshooting, data validation, and application support across multi-tier enterprise systems.
- Play a pivotal role in supporting production applications, performing root cause analysis, validating data migrations, identifying data anomalies, and ensuring data integrity during lift-and-shift initiatives. This individual will function as a technical SME, independently driving issue resolution while collaborating with business stakeholders, project teams,



developers, QA teams, and clients.
- The candidate must possess solid analytical capabilities, hands-on database expertise, and the ability to work across multiple technology stacks including Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
- 810+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Database Support, or Technical Operations.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Demonstrated experience performing data migration and lift-and-shift validation activities.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent in similar field.
