Role: Senior Product Manager – AI-First Learning, Careers & Apprenticeships

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and scale an AI-first Learning, Careers and Apprenticeship ecosystem. The role will own the learner journey across: Career Discovery → Skill Gaps → Learning → Practice → Proof of Work → Career Guidance → Apprenticeship → Job Readiness → Employment

This is a hands-on product-building role. The candidate will be expected to identify user problems, prototype solutions using AI tools, write PRDs, collaborate closely with Design & Engineering, analyse product data, launch products and iterate rapidly. The role requires someone who can take products from 0 → 1 → Product-Market Fit → Scale.

1. AI-First Learning

Build AI-native learning experiences that improve learner engagement, personalisation and outcomes.

Key areas include:

- AI Tutors and conversational learning
- Personalised learning paths and study plans
- AI-powered doubt resolution and concept explanations

Build and improve learning experiences across Free and Paid products.

Free Learning:

- Courses, micro-learning and content discovery

Paid Learning:

Product Ownership & Execution The Senior PM will:

- Identify customer and learner problems
- Conduct user and market research
- Analyse behavioural and product data
- Define product strategy and solutions

- Make product and technical trade-offs
- Launch, measure and iterate products

The expectation is for the PM to be close to the product every day, not limited to roadmap management or stakeholder coordination.

Mandatory AI Capability

Hands-on AI experience is mandatory. Candidates should have practical exposure to:

The candidate need not be an ML Engineer but should understand AI capabilities and limitations well enough to prototype solutions independently and have strong technical conversations with Engineering. Candidates should be able to demonstrate AI products, prototypes or experiments they have personally built.

Learning: Activation, WAU/MAU, repeat learning, course completion, AI usage, assessments and free-to-paid conversion.

Paid Programs: Engagement, assignment/assessment completion, AI Tutor usage, cohort engagement, program completion, NPS and learning outcomes.

Careers: Career profile completion, AI Career Coach engagement, resumes, mock interviews, job-readiness improvement, applications, interview conversion and placement outcomes.

Apprenticeships: Applications, shortlist conversion, onboarding/completion, employer engagement, apprentice performance and apprenticeship-to-job conversion.

Candidate Profile – Must Have

- 6–10 years of Product Management experience
- Robust experience building consumer-facing digital products
- Strong product execution and ownership
- Experience owning product metrics and funnels
- Strong user-centric problem-solving ability
- Experience working closely with Design and Engineering
- Experience taking products from concept to production
- Experience in 0-to-1 / ambiguous environments
- Strong understanding of user behaviour and product analytics
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI/LLM products or prototypes
- Ability to independently experiment with AI tools

Experience in: EdTech | Consumer Internet | AI Products | HRTech | Careers | Marketplaces Candidates from other consumer product categories may also be considered if they demonstrate strong product-building and AI capabilities.
