Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior process associate - Insurance Operations Excellence to join our team for a USA Insurance process.

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Qualifications

- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 4-5 years
- Process: USA Insurance (experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Shift Timing: Night Shift — 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- Prior experience working in a BPO sector will be an added advantage
- Strong English communication and writing skills are essential
