Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US Calling & Sales Executive to handle US customers, generate leads, conduct cold calls, and convert prospects into potential customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and objection-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling and outbound calls.
- Handle US customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Promote products/services and generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns effectively.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
