Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with solid hands-on experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) automation and machine development.

The candidate should have practical experience in developing PLC programs, HMI, servo/motion control, pneumatic automation and commissioning of SPM machines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and modify PLC programs for SPM / Special Purpose Machines.
- Create machine sequences, interlocks, alarms and safety logic.
- Develop and configure HMI screens for operation, parameters and diagnostics.
- Integrate Servo drives, VFDs, sensors and pneumatic systems.
- Develop automation logic for Pick & Place, indexing and assembly operations.
- Debug PLC/HMI and machine sequence issues during machine trials.
- Handle machine testing, FAT/SAT and commissioning.
- Work with Mechanical and Electrical teams for complete machine development.
- Optimize machine cycle time and resolve automation-related issues.
- Maintain PLC/HMI programs, backups and machine documentation.
