?ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with Oracle Fusion expertise to lead enterprise solutions, integrations, and extensions, bridging business and technical teams.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Technical Lead, specializing in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving the design, development, and support of enterprise-wide solutions, particularly within Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business, functional, and technical teams, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and collaboration.

They will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions, and leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion, .NET technologies, and integration methodologies, with a proven track record of leading successful Oracle Cloud implementations and transformation programs.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion and .NET technologies.

5+ years of hands-on experience working within Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, including Financials and HCM modules.





Proven track record of leading Oracle Cloud transformation or implementation programs, demonstrating successful delivery.

Experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party applications, banking platforms, HR systems, and enterprise applications.

Solid understanding of Finance and HR business processes, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Ecosystem tools such as Oracle Fusion Applications, OIC, ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, and related APIs.

Expertise in integration technologies, including OIC Integrations, REST/SOAP services, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.

Solid foundation in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of Oracle and .NET developers, providing technical governance and architectural guidance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and support of Oracle Fusion-based enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.





Serve as the technical expert for Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM modules, providing guidance and support to the team.

Engage with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and implement robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.

Lead Oracle Fusion extension development, reporting, data migration, and integration initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow.

Architect and develop custom applications and extensions using .NET technologies, leveraging the full potential of the platform.

Provide technical leadership and oversight during Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.

Review solution designs, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices to maintain high standards of quality.

Collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure that all solutions adhere to Oracle Cloud architecture, security, governance, and performance standards.
