: Senior .NET Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and enterprise backend systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with message queue consumer integration, scheduled/background jobs, cloud storage, and real-time databases, and will be capable of building scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using .NET Core and RESTful WebAPI.
- Implement and manage message queue consumers for asynchronous and event-driven processing.
- Develop and maintain scheduled jobs / cron-based background services.
- Integrate and manage data storage using Azure Blob Storage for large-scale file and object storage.
- Model, optimize, and query data using MongoDB OR InfluxDB for time-series and operational data processing.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimisation.
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a proactive approach.




- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Integrate with Azure cloud services including storage, messaging, and hosting solutions.
- Writing unit test cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–9 years of hands-on experience in .NET development with strong proficiency in C#.
- Solid experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Solid experience with message queues (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ, or similar).
- Experience implementing background workers / cron jobs (Hangfire, Quartz.NET, Worker Services).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Blob Storage (upload, download, lifecycle management).
- Strong experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API security (JWT, OAuth).
- Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage Accounts).
- Experience in MongoDB or InfluxDB.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills (Secondary Skill)

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with unit and integration testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).
- Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools.
