Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage data entry, data validation, and project-related data.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for regular updates and follow-ups.
- Prepare MIS reports, project status reports, and daily/weekly reports.
- Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project updates, pending activities, and closures.
- Handle Excel-based data management and analysis.
- Track project requirements, approvals, and pending activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of project databases and trackers.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
- Good experience in data management and data analysis.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and project documentation.
- Good client coordination and communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.

- Supporting client coordination, reporting, documentation, and project administration.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 2–5 years of relevant experience, solid Excel skills, and practical experience in BOQ, MIS reporting, data management, and client coordination.
