Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and highly strategic Senior Manager PR & Communications to lead our communication narrative and head the PR team.

In this pivotal role, you will be entirely responsible for driving the global and domestic PR, media relations, and communication strategies for our three core pillars: our established fashion export house, our own homegrown fashion lifestyle brand , and our dedicated CSR initiative . Reporting directly to the MD, you will act as the brand custodian, managing a team to elevate brand equity, cultivate high-level media relationships, and seamlessly blend commercial fashion marketing with impactful CSR storytelling.

Core Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term PR and communication strategies across the fashion export division, to ensure cohesive brand positioning.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a energetic team of PR, marketing, and community executives, ensuring high-quality execution of day-to-day operations and alignment with company goals.
- Direct Stakeholder Reporting: Partner closely with the Managing Director to align communication goals with overall business objectives, providing regular strategic updates and performance insights.
- Media & Influencer Relations: Cultivate and leverage top-tier networks with national and international fashion editors, journalists, critics, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and high-profile influencers.
- 360 Event Oversight: Oversee the conceptualization and high-level execution of major events, including international/national fashion shows, brand launches, pop-ups, and CSR exhibitions.
- Reputation & Crisis Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for corporate communications,



ensuring proactive risk mitigation and managing any sensitive media or public relations scenarios.
- Narrative & Content Direction: Approve and refine high-impact content including press releases, corporate speeches, brand manifestos, and digital editorial directions.
- Budget & ROI Tracking: Manage the annual PR and communications budget, optimizing resource allocation and analyzing key performance metrics to demonstrate tangible ROI to the leadership team.

- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to turn complex business objectives into creative, narrative-driven PR campaigns across distinct B2B (export) and B2C (retail/CSR) segments.
- Leadership Excellence: Strong track record of leading, inspiring, and managing cross-functional creative teams.
- Industry Network: Deep, existing relationships within the luxury fashion, lifestyle, sustainability, and arts media sectors.
- Exceptional Communication: Flawless written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a sharp eye for luxury design aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Agility & Multitasking: Ability to seamlessly switch gears between corporate export narratives, contemporary lifestyle branding, and grassroots artisanal CSR storytelling.
- Values Alignment: A genuine passion for Indian heritage crafts, sustainable fashion, and ethical community empowerment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7–9 years of progressive experience in PR and Communications, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team-leading capacity within the luxury fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail industries. Experience handling both commercial brands and NGO/CSR initiatives is highly preferred.
