Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior MEP Manager professional to lead the design, planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems for large-scale infrastructure/transportation projects in India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead MEP design for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

- Review designs, drawings, calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications.

- Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, IEC, NEC, and project standards.

- Coordinate MEP designs with architectural, structural, and other teams.

- Manage and mentor MEP engineers/designers.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

- Review shop drawings, vendor submissions, and technical proposals.

- Handle tendering,



technical evaluations, and design approvals.

- Resolve technical issues and ensure timely, quality design delivery.

Required Skills:

- 15+ years of MEP design experience with 5+ years in a senior/lead role.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & firefighting.

- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and DIALux/BIM.

- Experience in large-scale infrastructure/transportation projects preferred.

- Solid team management, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.
