Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in Continuously assess and improve cost control processes and methodologies

- Participation in develop and maintain the costing system for raw materials, labour, and overhead costs etc.,

- Assisting in maintaining the cost records and cost audit.

- Prepare and present daily/monthly/periodical cost reports, including cost variance analysis, margin reports, and product costing.

- Provide cost data for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Participation in Monthly/periodical budget preparation.

- Daily monitoring the Production and material consumption entries in the ERP and arranging the various MIS reports/data to management/HO.

- Preparation of periodical financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and operational insights.

Variance analysis.

- Participating in strengthening the ERP Processes, masters data, recent modules implementation, reports etc.,



and maintaining the accuracy in accounts and various ERP reports.

- Analyse financial data to provide recommendations on improving financial performance, cost management, and profitability. Drive cost control initiatives by analysing cost structures and identifying areas for improvement.

Education & Experiences:

- CMA Inter /CA Inter/ MBA

- Experience: Minimum of 10 + years of post-qualification experience in Plant Costing & MIS or similar roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector (experience in steel manufacturing is a plus).

- Experience in SAP or Oracle Or Lighthouse ERP
