Job Roles & Responsibilities – Level

- Review and validate employee master data transactions before and after processing.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee records.
- Conduct regular quality audits on MDM transactions.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies, duplication, and errors.
- Monitor quality metrics and maintain agreed service levels
- Perform periodic QC checks on onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, separations, and organizational changes.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, labour law requirements, and audit controls.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence of quality reviews.
- Lead and guide MDM Processing Team.
- Allocate workloads and monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Provide coaching and conduct regular quality calibration sessions.
- Drive a quality-focused culture within the MDM team.
- Analyse quality defects and identify root causes.
- Track recurring errors and implement preventive controls.
- Maintain error logs and corrective action trackers.
- Coordinate with processing teams to eliminate process gaps.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, BHR, IT team.
- Address quality-related escalations within defined timelines.
- Participate in governance meetings and present quality dashboards.
- Support internal and external audits
- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Track key metrics such as:
- First Time Right (FTR)
- Data Accuracy %
- Defect Rate
- Rework %
- SLA Adherence
- Audit Findings
- Share trends and improvement recommendations with leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation.
- Participate in HR digitalization initiatives.
- Recommend system validations and workflow controls to improve data quality.
- Support UAT and new system implementations




- Identify risks related to employee master data.
- Implement controls to remove payroll, compliance, and operational risks arising from incorrect master data.
- Ensure critical employee changes are validated prior to payroll processing.

- SAP HCM , SuccessFactors expertise.

- Process improvement and automation mindset.
- Educational Qualification : Post Graduation

Technical Skill required

- Excellent proficiency in MS-Office
- Excellent Knowledge of SAP-HR, SF
- Experience Required : Min 10 – 15 Yrs. in HR Processes & HR Operations
