nZingHR is looking for an experienced Customer Support qualified to take end-to-end ownership of our Customer Support function for enterprise HRMS customers.

nWhat we're looking for:

n11–16 years of experience in Customer Support / Product Support / Client Services
nStrong HRMS / HCM / Payroll / SaaS experience
nExperience managing support teams and enterprise customer escalations
nStrong exposure to SLA, CSAT, TAT, MTTR & FCR
nExperience working closely with Product & Engineering teams
nStrong people management and process improvement skills
