We are hiring for a Senior Manager Design & Architecture for one of our clients, a leading real estate company, based in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Up to 15 years

Qualification: B.Arch

Reporting To: VP Design

Key Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Design & Coordination

Experience in the Industrial & Warehousing sector preferred

Exposure to Real Estate / Manufacturing industry

Experience in Master Planning, Design Coordination and Statutory Approvals

Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, including FSI

Experience in delivering Build-to-Suit (BTS) client requirements

Experience coordinating with external/internal consultants

Exposure to PEB drawings and architectural design coordination

Experience with Engineering and design Consultants, EPC, KPG,



E&M; Consultants will be preferred

Technical Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Google SketchUp and Photoshop. Knowledge of 3D Max will be an added advantage.

The role will involve master planning, review and approval of architectural drawings, consultant coordination, FSI and land-use planning, statutory approvals, PEB drawing review and coordination with internal teams and management.
