Job Purpose

nThe Senior Manager /Head- Admissions is responsible for driving student enrolment,

ndelivering an exceptional admission experience to parents, managing the end-to-end

nadmissions process, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining accurate admission

nrecords, and ensuring compliance with school policies. The role contributes significantly to

nachieving the school's enrolment and retention objectives while upholding the values and

nreputation of Seth M. R. Jaipuria Schools.

nKey Roles & Responsibilities

nStudent Enrolment

n Achieve annual enrolment and recent admission targets.

n Develop and execute admission plans to maximize student strength.

n Build strong relationships with prospective parents and students.

nAdmissions Process

n Manage the admission journey from enquiry to enrolment.

n Improve walk-in to admission conversion.

n Ensure complete and accurate admission documentation, fee collection, admission files

nand Student Eligibility Assessment (SEA) records.

nParent Experience

n Deliver excellent parent service and counselling.





n Support initiatives to improve School Improvement Survey scores and reduce student

ndropouts.

nMarketing & Outreach

n Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns and lead generation.

nRepresent the school at education fairs and community events.

n Ensure optimum utilization of the approved marketing budget.

nData &Reporting;

n Maintain accurate admission data and submit monthly reports.

n Track admission trends and share insights.

nLearning & Development

n Participate in professional development programmes.

n Implement best practices within the admissions function.

n

nCompliance & Continuous Improvement

n Ensure compliance with school policies and statutory requirements.

n Recommend and implement process improvements.

n

nEducational Qualification

n Bachelor Degree (Mandatory)

n Master Degree/MBA in Marketing, Education, Business Administration or related

ndiscipline (Preferred)
