Qualification: Any graduate

Minimum 15 years education, Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.

Preferred Candidate Industry Outsourcing/BPO/KPO/Management consulting/GCC/GBS

Project Management Oversight: Leading and overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Resource Allocation:



Managing and allocating resources effectively, optimizing team performance and project outcomes.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.

Performance Metrics: Establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure project performance and team productivity.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless delivery.

Team Leadership and Development: Leading, mentoring, and developing the delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
