Final Touch Decor Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Interior Designer & Sales Head to lead our Sales & Design function for residential interiors and modular furniture.

This is not a pure 3D Visualiser or drafting position. We are looking for someone who combines strong design judgement with modular furniture knowledge, customer handling, team leadership and sales conversion ability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead residential interior and modular furniture design projects.
- Create designs that are aesthetically solid, practical, measurable and technically executable.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage, wall panelling and customised furniture.
- Apply practical design judgement in space planning, straight modular construction, appropriate use of curves/details, furniture proportions, internal divisions and clearances.
- Guide customers on suitable laminates, colours, finishes, textures, hardware and design combinations considering room size, lighting, usage and budget.
- Present designs confidently and explain the reasoning behind recommended solutions.
- Train and mentor Junior Interior Designers and develop their technical knowledge, design judgement, customer-handling ability and sense of responsibility.
- Guide Sales cum Design Managers and the assigned Sales & Design Team in customer handling, design presentation, technical clarification, follow-up and conversion.
- Lead the assigned team toward Company-approved sales targets.
- Personally handle important customers and participate in sales closing whenever required.
- Monitor Company-provided business opportunities and ensure the team handles them professionally and responsibly.




- Coordinate with Project and Production teams wherever design or technical clarification is required.

Candidate Profile
- Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in Residential Interiors / Modular Furniture.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture design and practical execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D Design/Presentation software.
- Sound knowledge of laminates, finishes, boards/ply, hardware, colours and furniture detailing.
- Strong design sense and space-planning ability.
- Excellent customer presentation and communication skills.
- Sales/customer-conversion capability.
- Experience in mentoring Designers or leading a Sales & Design Team.
- Responsible, proactive, commercially aware and capable of taking ownership of results.

Important Candidates whose experience is mainly limited to 3D visualisation, software operation or drafting, without practical modular furniture knowledge, customer-facing experience and team-handling capability, may not be suitable for this position.

Compensation

₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month + Attractive Personal Sales, Closing & Team Performance Incentives

Final compensation will depend on experience, technical capability, leadership ability and proven performance.
