Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, material and finish selection, and coordination of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).

The Senior Interior

Designer will prepare and review construction drawings, collaborate with architects and contractors, and ensure design intent is maintained through all stages of execution. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their needs, developing mood boards and design presentations,



managing project timelines, and guiding junior designers. The role also requires site visits, quality checks, and ongoing communication with vendors and project stakeholders to deliver well-executed, high-end interiors.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Architecture fundamentals and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and ensure accurate execution.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, and custom furniture.
- Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in interior design, including leading projects and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
