Key responsibilities：

- Select and specify field instruments: flow, level, pressure, temperature, analysers and control valves; issue datasheets and requisitions.
- Design ESD, SIS and fire & gas systems; perform SIL determination and verification to IEC 61511.
- Prepare I/O lists, loop diagrams, hook-ups, termination and cabinet layouts.
- Review DCS / PLC / package vendor documentation, cause-and-effect and control narratives.
- Support factory acceptance tests, loop checking and commissioning.
- Coordinate with process, piping and electrical disciplines on instrument layout and interfaces.

Qualifications & experience：

- Bachelor's degree or above in Instrumentation, Automation or Electrical Engineering.
- 6 to 12 years of instrumentation and control experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
- Proficient with SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) or equivalent engineering database.
- Positive command of written and spoken English.
