We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager with strong exposure to manufacturing/factory HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations for the manufacturing unit.

- Handle Labour Law, Factory/OSH compliance and statutory compliance.

- Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages and applicable labour regulations.

- Maintain statutory registers, records, returns and compliance documentation.

- Handle labour inspections, audits and government authority coordination.

- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and IR activities.

- Monitor attendance, manpower, overtime, leave and payroll inputs.

- Coordinate with contractors for wages, PF, ESIC, attendance and statutory compliance.

- Prepare HR MIS, headcount, attrition and manpower reports.

- Ensure proper documentation for inspections and audits.





- Ensure timely closure of compliance gaps and audit observations.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.

- Solid hands-on experience in Labour Compliance & Contract Labour Compliance.

- Knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act/OSH requirements, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Minimum Wages, Bonus & Gratuity.

- Experience in Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations and Labour Audits.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS and HR MIS.

- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to independently manage plant HR operations.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
