Senior HR Executive

Location: Tilak Nagar, Delhi

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong knowledge of HR operations and excellent English communication skills. The candidate should be professional, presentable and confident in handling employees and candidates.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle HR policies and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance and leave-related inputs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR records.

Requirements





- Graduate with 6–12 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and general HR operations.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance and payroll processes.
- Professional, confident and presentable personality.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Candidates with a career gap may also be considered based on relevant experience and skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
