Role & responsibilities

1. Cost per container (monthly average) within/below budgeted target, driving % savings
2. Export dispatch schedule adherence plan vs actual
3. Domestic dispatch schedule adherence plan vs actual
4. Optimized utilization of the domestic vehicle fleet
5. Nil/minimal penalties due to delays or errors in documentation
6. Positive leadership feedback on execution, communication, proactiveness, discipline and team development
7. Monitor and optimize export logistics cost per container against budgeted targets, driving month-on-month % savings
8. Plan and monitor export dispatch schedules, ensuring adherence to plan vs actual targets
9. Plan and monitor domestic dispatch schedules, ensuring adherence to plan vs actual targets
10. Manage and optimize utilization of the domestic vehicle fleet
11. Ensure timely and accurate export & domestic documentation to avoid penalties from delays or errors
12. Lead,



guide and develop the logistics team; drive process execution, communication, proactiveness, discipline and timeliness
13. Coordinate with Marketing, Dispatch, EXIM, Accounts and transporters for smooth execution of export and domestic logistics
14. Report logistics cost, dispatch and documentation KPI achievement to management

Preferred candidate profile

1. 4- 8 years in logistics/export operations, including team management
2. Sound experience in Export Logistics
3. Should be Graduate in any stream

4.Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
