House of Fett is a premium women’s fashion brand offering contemporary and trend-driven apparel through its retail stores across India. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Fashion Consultant to join our retail team.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate fashion and styling recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Drive customer conversion, average bill value, and repeat purchases.
- Maintain strong knowledge of House of Fett collections, products, fabrics, fits, and ongoing promotions.
- Provide personalized styling advice based on customers’ preferences, occasions, and requirements.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising, product presentation, and store grooming standards.
- Ensure proper display, tagging, folding, replenishment,
and stock organization.
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team coordination.
- Assist and guide Fashion Consultants and new team members whenever required.
- Monitor customer interactions and help the team improve selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate product and stock information and coordinate with the store team for stock requirements.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and attendance guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and contribute to a premium shopping experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
