Looking for Senior Executive HR Business Partner role

Preferred candidate profile-

Key requirements for the HR Business Partner role:

- Collaborate closely with senior management and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and HR needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business units' operations, objectives, and strategic direction to align HR strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and influence decision-making processes related to human capital management.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance on employee retention strategies and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Implementation of employee engagement initiatives,



such as surveys, recognition programs, and events.
- Address employee concerns and inquiries, escalating complex issues to HRBPs or higher-level management when necessary.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions to resolve employee relations issues.
- Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes.
- Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Get involved in retention discussions with employees on an everyday basis
- Managing a span of around 1000-1500 employees
