Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes for on-ground and office staff.

The Senior Executive Human

Resources will handle HR documentation, maintain HRIS records, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and labor regulations. Daily tasks include supporting performance management cycles, coordinating training and development activities, and addressing employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. The role also requires collaborating with managers to plan workforce requirements, implement HR initiatives, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications





- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Experience with HR documentation, HRIS or HR software tools, and basic compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse teams and staff levels.
- Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments, with strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data for HR reporting and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or a similar operationally intensive sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated commitment to equitable practices, respectful conduct, and fostering a safe, inclusive workplace for all employees.

What you’ll be responsible for:

? End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, selection & onboarding

? Driving timely closure of manpower requirements

? Exploring multiple sourcing channels — job portals, referrals, social media, agencies & more

? Managing recruitment trackers, databases & hiring MIS

? Offer roll-outs, pre-joining follow-ups & joining formalities

? Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities

? Handling employee queries, engagement initiatives & grievances

? Working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders

? Supporting HR projects and business requirements

What we’re looking for

✅ 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Operations

✅ Experience in volume hiring and recruitment coordination is preferred

✅ Robust communication & stakeholder-management skills

✅ Good command of MS Excel / MS Office

✅ Strong ownership, follow-up and problem-solving mindset
