? What you'll do• Generate your own ideas across SME, microcap and smallcap. No fixed coverage list — you hunt for companies, using charts and screens to spot what is moving and fundamentals to judge whether it is worth owning• Take an idea end to end: chart work, model, valuation, written view• Track results, concalls and sector developments on your coverage• Prepa re research inputs for our model portfolio• Meet and question company managements• Own c lient communication end to end:



deliverables on schedule, queries closed, records maintained• Sit i n on client and promoter meetings, take notes, drive follow-ups• Suppo rt subscriber growth and retention• Turn approved research into content for YouTube, Instagram, X and LinkedIn, and material for our educational produc ts

? What we're looking for• 2+ years in equity research and fundamental analysis• Gradu ate, with strong command of Indian markets, financials and valuation• Able to research companies and sectors independently and reach a defensible view• Worki ng knowledge of technicals; comfort with TradingView, Screener, Excel and AI tools• Clear communication, client-handling temperament, record-keeping discipline• NISM
