Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop construction safety plans, conduct risk assessments, and provide training on safe work practices.
- Provide technical guidance on EHS matters to junior engineers and support the development of incident investigations reports.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in engineering & construction industry with a focus on EHS management.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred; degree in Engineering (any discipline) required.
- Robust understanding of project safety principles, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures implementation.
