JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can independently plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns for our education services.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, performance marketing, analytics and campaign optimisation, with the ability to demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, conversions, lead quality, ROI and overall campaign performance.
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns for education services.
- Manage SEO, social media, website traffic and remarketing activities.
- Set up and monitor pixels, conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers and other marketing team members.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse campaign data and continuously optimise budgets and performance.




- Improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.

Required Skills

- Advanced hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with landing pages, pixels, conversion tracking and remarketing.
- Good knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with a marketing team.
- Education-sector experience will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous campaign results.
- Previous work/campaign portfolio is required.
- Robust understanding of lead generation and performance optimisation.
