We are looking for a motivated and technically versatile Senior Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming fundamentals, hands-on experience with software development, and the ability to work across multiple technologies and projects.

In addition to developing and maintaining applications, the Senior Developer will be responsible for supporting team members, mentoring and training interns, communicating with clients, and ensuring assigned projects are completed on time and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
- Work with different programming languages, frameworks, databases, and cloud technologies based on project requirements.
- Analyze project requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
- Take responsibility for assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
- Train and mentor interns by providing practical guidance, teaching required technologies, and helping them gain hands-on experience on assigned projects.
- Review and support the work of junior developers and other team members.
- Assist colleagues with technical issues, debugging, development tasks, and project-related challenges.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide project updates, clarify technical matters, and address issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, interns, and other team members to deliver projects successfully.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain good coding and documentation practices.




- Troubleshoot application and production issues and provide timely solutions.
- Stay current with relevant technologies and apply appropriate tools and practices to projects.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, functionality, and timeline requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field OR relevant professional work experience.
- 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts, software development methodologies, and problem-solving.




- Ability to work with multiple technologies and adapt to different project requirements.
- Previous experience mentoring interns, junior developers, or team members is an advantage.
