Job Title: Design Engineer – Static Equipment

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Static Equipment, Jigs, Fixtures, and Tooling as per customer, project, and production requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Static Equipment design is mandatory, including equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, receivers, heat exchangers, and related fabricated equipment.
- Handle design activities from concept development to detailed engineering, fabrication, and final documentation.
- Prepare and review 2D & 3D CAD drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Carry out design calculations and ensure designs comply with applicable design codes, standards, customer specifications, and project requirements.
- Support Recent Product Development (NPD) activities including concept design, prototyping, design validation, and design improvements.




- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Project, and PPC teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Review customer drawings/specifications and convert requirements into practical and manufacturable designs.
- Modify and optimize existing designs to improve performance, manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Select suitable materials based on design requirements, operating conditions, manufacturing processes, and customer specifications.
- Apply knowledge of GD&T;, welding/fabrication processes, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturing methods.
- Review fabrication feasibility and provide technical support during manufacturing and assembly.
- Prepare and maintain BOM, material specifications, drawing revisions, and other engineering documents.
- Identify design issues and provide effectiveness

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
