About the Role

R3 Consultant is hiring a Technical Recruiter for a 3-month contractual, work-from-office engagement based out of our Hyderabad (Financial District) office. This role is focused on leadership and senior management hiring, with regular stakeholder engagement across client accounts. Prior experience in EdTech hiring will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, senior management, and other stakeholder-critical positions
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels
- Partner directly with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for senior/leadership roles within tight closure timelines
- Coordinate interviews,



manage candidate experience end-to-end, and drive offer closures
- Share regular pipeline updates, market insights, and hiring status with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong track record in leadership and senior management hiring
- Prior experience in EdTech hiring preferred (added advantage, not mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable with a 3-month contractual, fully work-from-office engagement
- Available to join immediately - within 2-3 days of offer confirmation

Pay range and compensation package Fixed salary of Rs. 30,000 per month, plus 2% of the total billing amount generated on every successful closure made during the contract period.
